Technology graduates BDR Thermea

Rotational Working Locations: Europe wide for first year then APELDOORN - NL, MERTZWILLER - FRANCE, BASSANO DEL GRAPPA – ITALY

BDR Thermea is now recruiting Graduates who are looking for an international learning experience in our Group in Technology Functions. This covers Research & Development, Innovation, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Project Management and New Product Development. At this time we have opportunities in Research & Development and Quality departments in our European Business units. In addition, you will have the opportunity to experience all other functions at our Head Office, in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands.

Ultimately you may obtain a role within our business and this will be achieved via a combination of learning opportunities including, mentoring, face to face, and on the job learning methods. Please note the location of any permanent roles at the end of the programme will be based at one of the BDRT European business units.

What we look for in Graduates:

• Minimum engineering degree or equivalent within Engineering or the Sciences.
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills in English, good numerical reasoning ability.
• A high level of IT literacy including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a team or as an individual.
• Being adaptable to change where needed and able to influence at all levels.
• A strong work ethic coupled with enthusiasm and a proactive approach to achievement.
• A natural curiosity and desire to improve and innovate.
• A person who enters new and different situations /cultures with many more questions than answers, assumptions and presumptions
• Mobile and willing to work and travel across Europe
• Able to work in the European Union without restrictions
